You and your brother are stranded on a planet together. Your brother is suffering an illness that's not curable, which will potentially kill your brother as times passes.  While stranded, black creatures spawns out of nowhere and approaches your brother. You as the older brother, have the power to absorb and transfer life energy. As cruel as it may seem, you have to take the lifeforces of these creatures and transfer them to your brother in order to keep him alive.
